As a soft skills training organisation with a learning objective tagged “Fun Factor”, Customer Centricity was in need of a perfect e-learning course that could effectively communicate their classroom training style of fun, engaging, interactive and experiential learning; which could be expressed through both verbal and non-verbal communication.
Solution
We developed a customized learning solution, which effectively communicated Customer Centricity’s training styles. A unique theme was designed to reflect the company’s identity. A set of unique characters were created and used in conjunction with case studies, exercises, quizzes, and video role play to communicate essential customer service skills and many more.
