Job Description

Location: Manchester or Home-based
Salary: Subject to experience
Hour: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role
  • Designing themes and engaging concepts for e-learning courses aimed at a range of different audiences, ensuring design are visually engaging and appropriate to the learning audience.
  • Design a suite of intuitive page layouts and assets for projects to the highest standard.
  • Brief and advise developers and content writers about your designs during the course of the project, ensuring consistency is maintained.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team providing creative support on pitches for prospective clients.
  • Be answerable to the senior graphic designer and managers of a project.
  • Provide creative support for internal and external projects for marketing purpose.

Skills and Qualification

  • A degree in graphic design and or appropriate industry experience is essential.
  • Have advanced knowledge of developing e-learning preferably with Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline.
  • Have knowledge of graphic creation in both Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Possess the strong analytical skills required to assimilate new information quickly and turn this into readable e-learning.
  • Be interested in technology and learning theory.
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
